The breakfast offered a variety of delicious food options that got us ready for the day. We also enjoyed using the spa facilities as they were well-maintained and relaxing. the hotel had a great location near the beautiful scenery of the region which made it easy to explore.
Our room was not up to our expectations, with old and worn-out furniture. We also had issues with the customer service as they were not as attentive as we would have liked.

The location in a quiet neighborhood was beautiful, and it was just minutes away from the artist colony. The hotel itself was almost deserted, even though it was fairly full, so it felt very peaceful and relaxing. The staff was kind and the service was excellent. The swimming pool and hot-tub were fantastic, and the room was very comfortable.

My wife and I had a magical stay at this special hotel. The natural environment and abundance of facilities were truly exceptional. The spa treatments, with their unique energy balancing technique, were a highlight of our stay. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a great buffet of salads, veggies, and a BBQ for the main dishes. The service from the staff, especially Denis, was outstanding. He paid great attention to detail and added real value to our experience. We also loved our room, with its canopy over the bed and the tray of Israeli dried fruit. This was our third visit and we still love it!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with a full board package and buffet-style meals. The public areas, including the large dining room, are well maintained and clean. The indoor swimming pool in the spa area is a good size and in excellent condition.
The changing facilities for the pool are inadequate and need renovation. The hotel's location is at the north end of Safed, making it challenging to walk into the old quarter, so public transport or taxis are recommended.
